The optional questions have been eliminated, and the number of questions has been reduced from 200 to 180. Additionally, the exam duration has been shortened from 200 minutes to 180 minutes (3 hours).<\/p>\n<p>Since 2020, admission to AIIMS and JIPMER for MBBS\/BDS courses is also done through the NEET UG exam. In 2022, approximately 18.7 lakh aspirants were registered for NEET UG entrance examination.
